When will I receive my parcel? 
For UK destinations, you should receive your delivery within 3-10 days from placing your order, but this may vary from time to time during busy periods, or due to unprecedented circumstances such as COVID-19.

For international destinations, European deliveries can be expected within 1-2 weeks, and the rest of the world in 1-3 weeks, but this may vary from time to time during busy periods, or due to unprecedented circumstances such as COVID-19.

Can I change my size after my order has been placed? 
Unfortunately, we are unable to change sizes after an order has been placed as orders are picked and packed immediately.

Can I track my parcel? 
Yes!
You will be sent the tracking number via email when your order is dispatched. Tracking numbers will then start to work once your order is processed by the courier. 

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation?
Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. Try also searching our email address customerservices@gymcentury.com as this is the address your confirmation will have been sent from. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please head over to our ‘Contact Us’ page and either send us an email, or fill out our quick contact form and someone will be in touch ASAP.
